Manchester United Career
Gary Neville is Manchester United through and through. In fact if you were to cut him open he'd have "United 'til I die" written right the way through him. He is arguably the greatest right back to have pulled on a shirt for club and country and the current Manchester United captain's never say die attitude opitimises the winning ethos that The Red Devils are renowed for worldwide.

On September 16 1992 a crowd of 19,198 saw Gary Neville make his Manchester United debut at Old Trafford in the UEFA Cup 1st round goaless draw against Russian side Torpedo Moscow, when he replaced the injured Paul Parker. However, Neville would need to be patient as he'd have to wait nearly two years to make his League debut, doing so in the closing game of the 1993/94 season on 8 May in a 0-0 draw against Coventry City at Old Trafford.

Two year's later Gary Neville would find himself picking up his first League winners medal in the infamous "You won't win anythin' with kids" season along side fellow Fergie's Fledglings David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and younger brother Phil Neville.

In December 2005 after the departure of Roy Keane to Celtic, Neville was rewarded for his great service to the club by becoming the official Manchester United captain, an honour which he celebrated three months later when lifting the Carling Cup after United had comprehensively beatan Lancashhire rivals Wigan Athletic 4-0.

During his long stay at the club he has won 14 major trophies including 7 English League and 2 UEFA Champions League titles, securing the England right back berth as his own in the process, thus far winning 85 caps.

Gary was given his international debut by Terry Venables on 3 June 2005 in a 2-1 friendly victory over Japan at Wembley Stadium and is on course to break Kenny Samsom's recored 86 full-back appearances after recovering from an ankle injury which saw him miss all but 10 minutes of the 2007/08 season.
